Just follow these steps: Step 1: Determine the desired height and draw a horizontal line on the subfloor. Step 2: Cut along the line and remove the top subfloor. Step 3: Use waterproof joint compound to attach the niche to the joists and seal the joints. Step 4: Apply mortar and attach the selected tiles.
