Extra Shop Return Policy

At Extra Shop we always strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it according to the following guidelines.

Return policy

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition , unused, and with all original packaging and labels intact.
  • Some items, such as personal products, food, or custom-ordered items , are not returnable unless they are defective.

Return process

  1. Contact us : Send an email to kundservice@extrashop.se with your order number and information about the product you want to return.
  2. Approval : Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return address.
  3. Return the item : Pack the product carefully and send it to the address we provide. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund

  • Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of an approved refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days .

Damaged or Defective Goods

If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
