50L Stainless Steel Fermentation: Our alcohol distiller has a capacity of 50L/11 UK Gal, which can distill about 12.5kg of rice at one time by selectively heating to boiling and then cooling to condense the steam. In addition, the entire alcohol distillation kit is constructed with 304 food grade stainless steel material, ensuring it is sturdy and easy to clean.
Excellent impurity filtration: With a pack of ceramic balls inside, the rectifier tower can filter out high-boiling impurities in the wine vapor, allowing higher purity wine to enter the condensing device. This leads to a higher distillation purity with a production of 9 kg of fine alcohol for 50% by volume or 12.5 kg for 30%.
Efficient condensation treatment: This moonshine still uses the coiled stainless steel tubes with fast thermal conductivity that guarantee promising cooling performance, together with a large contact surface with the coolant, which provides a fairly low temperature of distilled product. During the condensation process, additional water circulation pump facilitates the accelerated water flow of the condensing agent.
