High Performance: Our linear scale has passed strict quality control. It meets the standard of accuracy and rigidity. 10''&40''(250mm&1000mm) travel length and 5μm resolution can achieve good straightness and accurate measurement. Connector: 9-pin connector (Pin-26789), 2 to 0V, 6 to A, 7 to 5V, 8 to B, 9 to R1.
Durable Aluminum Body: This linear lathe scale adopts an aluminum profile scale body that is anodized to resist oxidation. The reading head is die-cast with hard chrome for more corrosion resistance - a reasonable appearance for good rigidity.
Double Seal and Signal Cable: This high-accuracy linear scale is equipped with a 3m signal cable. The signal cable is protected by multi-layer shielded wire steel and a soft metal shell. Thus, it has excellent waterproof and anti-interference performance.
Stable Sliding Part: The sliding part of this linear scale adopts a reliable five-layer system with excellent repeat positioning, making the measurement result more stable. With an additional T-slot (not included in the package), the rear slot can be used for installation when the contact surface is too short or extra support when using a long linear scale.
