Versatile Material Compatibility: Our box and pan brake supports a variety of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminum. It can effectively bend 20-gauge (1.0 mm) carbon steel sheet.
Segmented Finger Design: The sheet metal bending machine has five segmented fingers (2.5cm, 5cm, 7.5cm, 10cm) that can be arranged freely for flexible bending. Excellent for forming side panels, flanges and box structures for electrical cabinets, enclosures and duct systems.

Easy to use: The aluminum brake bender is easy to use. Simply lift the clamp handle, position the sheet metal, and lower the handle to secure it. Then slowly raise the lever to the desired angle. Angle adjustments are manual, and keep in mind that all metal bending will experience springback (e.g. for a 90° bend, set the angle to 92°).
