Safe Fermentation and Heating: The fermentation barrel is convenient to use. A one-way exhaust valve releases gases produced during fermentation, reducing internal pressure. The thickened stainless steel bottom is compatible with various heating methods such as wood fire and gas stoves. The temperature gauge on the lid displays Celsius and Fahrenheit temperatures, making it easy to monitor the temperature during distillation.
Fast and efficient cooling: The cooling and distillation process uses copper tubes with good thermal conductivity to speed up cooling. The smooth and wrinkle-free inside of the tubes prevents residual distilled alcohol and water, ensuring no aftertaste. A water pump facilitates cooling water circulation for thorough and efficient cooling.
