Efficient Hot Pressing: The electric oil press machine has a powerful 700W pure copper motor that can press 3.3 lbs/1.5 kg of oil per hour, with continuous 24-hour operation. It uses a high-temperature hot pressing principle to increase the oil extraction rate.
Intelligent Temperature Control: Our oil extraction machine is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system that maintains a temperature of about 140℃/284℉. Preheat for 5-10 minutes before use. Dry materials can be placed directly for pressing. No additional frying is required. It is smokeless during the oil pressing process.
Oil residue separation: After high temperature pressing, oil flows out through the outlet while solid impurities are discharged through the residue guide pipe. In addition, the seed oil extractor has a stainless steel filter to remove excess residue, ensuring cleaner oil.
Stainless Steel Construction: Our oil expeller is mainly constructed of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring durability, rust resistance, and easy cleaning thanks to removable accessories.
