Upgraded Sandblasting Gun: We have upgraded a traditional brass ball valve sandblasting gun to a die-cast aluminum alloy sandblasting gun. It is lighter, more durable and easier to control. It also offers quick opening and closing to save material and reduce confusion.
Flows smoothly and prevents clogging: VEVOR sandblasters come with a water-oil separator with pressure gauge that effectively removes moisture from the compressed air and prevents wet media from clogging the valve. We recommend a grinding capacity of 8.7 gallons, perfect for 60-100 grit abrasives such as silica sand, aloxite, glass beads, and more. (Note: The abrasive used must be dry, otherwise it will cause clogging)
Durable Ceramic Nozzle: The sandblasting kit includes 4 ceramic nozzles: 3/32", 7/64", 1/8", 9/64" (pre-installed), providing superior wear resistance, corrosion resistance and heat resistance compared to metal nozzles. No more worries about abrasive impacts, wear, static electricity or sparks.
